An ideal way to buy a home in Turkey is during one
of our subsidized inspection trips. The inspection is a three night
(or more if required)
information and viewing trip when you will see everything in your
price range.
The inspection trip is designed to give you the
opportunity to see for yourself the high quality specifications of
the homes built by our developers. We are confident that our
properties compare very favourably with others and our experience in
dealing with the entire process of purchasing will be of great
benefit to you.
The vast majority of our clients found the inspection trip invaluable
as they were able to see the projects under construction and, most
importantly, the completed projects, where they had the chance to
view the quality of the materials and the workmanship in the well
designed interiors and carefully maintained gardens.
If you decide to take advantage of the inspection trip, we will
arrange your accommodation in either a local hotel or one of our
developers apartments of your choice from a completed project. This
will give you an opportunity to experience living in a new home and
you will be able to examine the finishing touches that distinguish
our homes from others. You will also have an opportunity to speak
with the clients who have already purchased and are staying in their
own properties.
For your inspection trip we will arrange and pay the following,
Flight Tickets, Your Airport Transfers by our developers Staff and
Accommodation
At the end of the inspection trip, should you decide not to buy one
of our properties, you would only be charged 100.- £ per person.
Please note: There are no specific dates for our inspection trips as
they depend solely on your time schedule and the availability of the
flights departing from UK airports to the International Airport of
Antalya. However, it is important for us to find the most cost
effective flights as these costs are not reflected in the price of
your property.
