Details of materials used in the building of the apartments
The building of each unit is in accordance with the specifications in
the Planning Permission and corresponding current building
regulations.
The building of the structure
Reinforced concrete has been used for the foundation and structure,
in accordance with the approved statistical calculations. The
structure is supported by pillars.
Privacy is ensured by noise-reducing brick party walls separating the
apartments.
A warm, welcoming rustic décor ensures the main entrance areas are in
harmony with the general ambience of the development.

All roofs have insulating cladding, sealing and a heat insulation.

The windows are double glazed and made of white lacquered PVC. All

The front door is a white lacquered reinforced door for security
reasons. The inside doors are made of lacquered white or natural wood

Walls and ceilings
The cupboards in the kitchen are flush with the walls. Walls and
ceilings are smoothly finished and emulsion painted. Below the

All wardrobes are made of laminated MDF in wood effect. They will be
prepared according to your preferences in colour and design. Standard
size for the villas and duplex apartments is 7 m² and
4 m² for the apartments.
Electrical installations
There are several ceiling connection points for your choice of
lighting and wall sockets in all rooms. The living room and the
master bedroom have connection points for a TV aerial and telephone.
There is a communal satellite-TV connection in all apartments.
Air conditioning
Each apartment has its own individual air conditioning units (can be
switched to hot or cold). "Beko"
Swimming pool
There is a large swimming pool with a children's swimming area, and a
sun terrace. (25 m.)
The garden
The beautifully tended garden area has Mediterranean plants and palm
trees, very attractive lawn areas, and well-lit garden paths.
Parking spaces exclusive for the use of the residents.
Security
The front door of the apartments are brown lacquered reinforced doors
for security reasons. The site is surrounded by a wall and an iron
fence and the entrance to the site is made possible through the
lockable iron doors.
