Hi again Mal, Another update for the availability calendar please =7th Oct for 2 weeks the bookings just keep coming!!
 I used to sign up for all these "Spanish villa rentals free trials", but don't bother anymore. We've never had a booking from any of them nor seldom even any enquiries. I'm not continuing with the (site name removed) site now the free trial is over, they're a waste of time. !Despite all the (site name removed) enquiries at the start of their site, only one booking  so they won't be renewed.

(site name removed) have generated 6 enquiries and 1 booking, but that was last August for 2 weeks this August, weeks that were bound to get booked anyway.
Looks like you're stuck with us!!

What an excellent site you have ,informative and to the point. I am thinking of buying a property in Spain as both a holiday home and Spanish investment, I ran a search and your site was one of the first sites that come up on a google  search ,high recommendation on its own without the excellent and informative content. Thank you so much for the web page it has been excellent I am making bookings and it's going very well , I have had a very successful year from my first rental 6th June until Easter 2004 I have had every day completely booked!

Can you get the availability calendar updated again please.
 Take out the 3 weeks 17th March - 7th April as booked.
The "Late availability" page  seems to have worked for those 2 weeks in March - great stuff!
Maybe we'll try it again for the May weeks if nothing is booked by the end of March.
