Description:
A finca in a rural location with 12,000 m˛ land and 5 houses (total of 10 accommodation units), distance to the harbour, beach, the island’s capital San Sebastian approx. 6.5 km / 10 min. drive. 'Garajonay' National Park in the centre of the island approx. 40 min. drive, ideal for walks. Boat trips (island sightseeing tour, dolphin û whale watching) from San Sebastian via Playa Santiago, Valle Gran Rey.
In the grounds there is a large garden with fruit trees, bananas, citrus fruits, papayas, mangos etc., a swimming pool, a solarium and a tennis court. The studio (approx. 30 m2) is on the first floor in the first house (2 apartments, 4 studios). It consists of a lounge with 2 single beds, a TV (Spanish programmes) and a fully equipped kitchenette. There is also a small balcony (5 m˛) with a table and 2 chairs.
