Comfortable linked house (300m2), peaceful situated within 45min. from the airport of Alicante and 5km from the beautiful white beaches of the Costa Blanca. Within walking distance is a communal swimming pool. Due to the location and the amount of terraces around the house and the facilities in the surrounding, this is excellent for families with children and for golf lovers. It is also suitable for hibernators. Torrevieja is within 15km, as well as San Pedro. In the surrounding you will find the famous lakes with flamingoÂ’s, lovely Spanish villages like als San Miquel and the typical orange and lemon plantations.
