Just a little south of the city Alicante lies the urbanization Gran Alacant. Alicante is a beautiful city with a lot of culture and history, among which the old castle Santa Barbara. Sante Pola is only about 10 minutes by car away. This of a good standard furnished corner house is situated in a friendly part of Gran Alacant. The beach and the sea is close by, as well as the shops and restaurants. You have access to a terrace with garden furniture and a wonderful sunbathing terrace with garden furniture on the 1st floor. You can also use two communal swimming pools with childrens pool and a communal tennis court in the district.

Around the corner is a street with several restaurants and a little supermarket. There is also a bus taking you to Santa Pola. Alicante town and it´s beautiful Santa Barbara Castle is only 15 minutes drive, Alicante airport also 15 minutes drive.
