A beautiful 3 bedroom Spanish villa in the village of ELs Poblets only 8km. from the delightful town of Denia. The villa has a private pool and air conditioning. The property is very private situated at the end of a cul de sac with views to the Segaria Mountains.

The villa is in a fantastic postion only 20 mins walk to the sea. The area surrounding the villa is very flat and is ideal for walking. There are numerous award winning beaches along the coast both north and south of Els Poblets.

Only 150m from the villa is a well stocked supermarket with a small bar and local wine from the barrel. A short walk will take you to the village where there is a variety of shops including a butcher, baker, newsagent etc. There are numerous good restaurants within walking distance at the beach and in the village. There is a fantastic selection of restaurants and shops in Denia There is a wide variety of water sports and other attractions nearby.

The property is just under 1 hours drive from Alicante or Valencia airports with excellent motorway links to surrounding areas. A car is not essential as shops and restaurants are within walking distance, however we would recommend one to visit the many attractions in the area. We can arrange transfer from the airport for those who do not wish to drive.

The villa is spacious and has the benefit of a seperate upstairs bedroom which is ideal for other relatives or older children. The villa is very private being fully enclosed by walls, hedges and security gates as well as off road parking. There is a lawned garden with flower beds a 4m x 8m pool entered via Roman steps at the shallow end.There are sun loungers, shower, gas and charcoal barbecues.

There is a covered naya with table and chairs ideal for al-fresco dining. From the naya you enter the ground floor which has a spacious lounge with ceiling fan and wood burning stove. For your entertainment there is a TV with satellite and some English channels. There is a DVD/video player, mini hi-fi and a small selection of books and DVDs. There is a circular dining area. The kitchen is compact with oven, hob extacter fan, fridge freezer and microwave. In the utility room there is a dishwasher and washing machine.
There are twin and double befdrooms on the ground floor both with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. A large bathroom with shower over bath completes the gound floor.

The upstairs bedroom is accessed by an external staircase at the rear of the property. This beautiful large bedroom has en-suite facilities with walk in shower. It also has a fridge dining table and kettle. Outside there is a large private terrace with lovely view towards the mountains.

The are numerous attractions in the area including a safari park, aqua park and Terra Mittica theme park only a short drive away. There is also golf, sailing, water skiing, windsurfing, cycling, walking aand sea fishing.
