This lovely Villa is only 5 minutes walk from the beautiful La Mosca and Playa Flamenca beaches & 1 minutes walk to the popular Flamenca Beach and La Mosca Commercial Centres with their vast array of Bars & Restaurants and the Lidl and Supercor supermarkets are only 2 minutes walk away. Transfer from Alicante Airport is 35 minutes & Murcia Airport 15 minutes via the AP7 toll motorway.
Torrevieja is easily accessible for more beautiful sandy beaches, high street & designer shops, numerous Bars, Casino, 10 pin Bowling Cafes, Restaurants & "Night Clubs" (like Pacha). Plus lots lots more.
Several popular golf courses are within 10 minutes drive from the Villa including Villa martin & Las Ramblas. Travel 20 mins South from Playa Flamenca to the "Mar Menor", (The Inland Sea), then on to the "La Manga Golf Resort" and the historical city of Cartagena.

GROUND FLOOR:-
The beautiful lounge has been recently tastefully decorated and features luxury leather furniture, a living gas open fireplace, air-conditioning, and gas central heating radiators throughout.
There is an extendible dining table with seating for 6-8. A Satellite TV. DVD and, CD/radio player. Plus DVDs, CD's & books for you to use and enjoy. The fully tiled kitchen has white easy clean unit doors & black granite worktops. It has a built in oven & hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, sandwich maker, smoothie maker & microwave. The adjacent utility area is also fully tiled and houses the washing machine, vacuum cleaner etc. Leading off a separate hallway is a four piece fully tiled bathroom. Completing the ground floor are two twin bedded rooms, which can be set up as doubles if preferred. Each bedroom has a double built-in wardrobe, bedside cabinets, a ceiling fan & a Patio door which leads out to a large furnished conservatory, which can be used as a further lounge area, an occasional bedroom with a double and single sofa bed, or a breakfast room with a circular dining table with seating for 4. For your further enjoyment there is also a TV and DVD player so that you can watch a dvd, listen to music or play your own Wii or Play Station etc. There are two ceiling fans & marble floors which keep this lovely room pleasant in the summer months.
FIRST FLOOR:-
The large master bedroom has a vaulted roof, air conditioning, a fitted double wardrobe, a pretty dark pine king size bed, with matching bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and desktop PC workstation. (internet applied for) There is a large bathroom en suite with over bath shower. Patio doors lead from the bedroom into a furnished, conservatory/breakfast room and out on to a large South facing sun terrace/solarium which has sea views and overlooks the garden and the private free-form swimming pool. There is ample room for sun beds and patio furniture.

Private, secluded, quiet and enclosed garden with mature shrubs and trees. Lockable footpath and driveway gates. Driveway with space for 2 cars. Garage.
Fully tiled terrace with wood and iron table and chairs to seat 6.
An 8 X 6 Private Pool with Roman Steps, Sun Beds, Patio Furniture and Sunbathing areas.
RENTAL:-
Individual Bath and Hand Towels together with Bed Linen will be provided.
A Cleaning service is included for up to 6 people (additional charge for 7 or more).
Beach towels are not included.
We will provide a Personal MEET n GREET / Airport Transfer service that will collect you from your arrival Airport and take you directly to the Villa. There is a charge payable on arrival at the Villa of APPROX 40-70 Euro (single trip) depending on size of party and arrival/departure airport used.(Please email the owner for more information about this service).
Car hire can also be arranged.
