The Villa located just a 15min walk away from the wonderful coast of Costa Blanca
with its abundance of golden sandy beaches.

There are 3 excellent golf courses within a 10min drive
and many more if you drive just a little further!

resturants, supermarket and much more.

The Apartment is accessible by its own private locked gate which leads onto a large terrace with patio furniture. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin - both have large built in wardrobes and ceiling fans for your comfort.

The bathroom is tiled wall to floor with bath/shower, W.C., bidet, wash basin with large mirror and lighting. The lounge/diner is light and airy containing an extendable table with 4 chairs, sofa bed, 2 lounge chairs, coffe table and T.V.

There is a fully fitted modern gallery kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, full oven with grill and lots of essential kitchen appliances. Theres also an area with washing machine.
