Gandia town and the award winning beaches of Gandia Playa can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. There is a restaurant nearby, less than 5 minutes walking distance.
The accommodation has two separate living areas – the upper level comprising four bedrooms (one ensuite), a large living/dining room, kitchen and an additional bathroom. The lower level comprises two bedrooms (one ensuite), a lounge and another fully fitted kitchen and separate WC.
The lounge area has Satellite TV, DVD and video player as well as stereo separates with outside speakers. The terrace leads out onto the swimming pool, with two outside dining areas with panaromic views across the orange groves. The pool area has its own barbecue terrace.

The swimming pool is private, and there is a separate childs pool next to the pool.
On the terrace, there is a dining table with 6 chairs, in the garden there is a six-seater table and 6 white chairs, 3 lounger chairs, 3 sun umbrellas, one wooden garden table and 4 garden chairs, located under a tree, overlooking the valley.
There is ample parking space for 3-4 cars.

Coast/Beach : An award winning beach is a 10 minute drive through the orange groves.
Golf course : Oliva Nova golf course is a 20 minute drive.
Getting There : Nearest airport is Valencia (45 minute drive) and Alicante is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes drive. Car hire is essential.
Distances : Nearest town is Gandia, a 10 minute drive. Various villages scattered around with many good restaurants within short driving distance, one restaurant a 5 minute walk. A great area for walking, shopping and beach visits!
