The town of Denia is located in the Spanish region of Alicante on the Costa Blanca. This is a delightful cosmopolitan town with rich history and culture. The town is midway between the two international airports of Valencia (to the north) and Alicante (to the south). Both airports are within an hours drive using the toll-paying motorway. Denia is just a 15-minute hop from Exit 62.
This is much more than a holiday resort; it boasts modern supermarkets, an extraordinary number of banks, some top quality shops, lawyers, doctors & dentists.
Dania’s focal point is its impressive 16th century castle, which dominates the town from a height of 58 metres. Head of the main Street Calle Marques de Campo, is a wonderful place to sit and people watch – a Parisian style tree lined avenue – with cafes on both sides. A myriad of restaurants offers some of the best regional and international cuisine on the Costa Blanca. There are some great tapas bars, seafood restaurants, also Indonesian, Mexican, Italian and Greek restaurant.
As for the beaches, they stretch for 20 kilometres either side of Denia and consistently with the European Blue Flag for safety and cleanliness
Mundomar (marine and exotic animal park) Aqualandia (waterpark) and Terra Mitica (theme park) are all under 30 mins drive away.

Check in time is from 16.00 hrs and check out time is 10.00am. We offer a check in/out service, we will arrange for someone to greet you in town and take you to the property.
The owners will accept not responsibilities for any accident or injury that may occur in or around the property
