This family owned well appointed villa with private pool is situated in the stunning countryside of Rubite in the heart of Axarquia, Andalucia yet only 20 minutes from the coast of Torre del Mar. The villa affords a large lounge/dining room with patio doors, which offers views of the most breathtaking scenery overlooking mountains and valleys, there are three bedrooms, which can sleep up to six people, two bathrooms (one en-suite), and a well-equipped kitchen. It has satellite TV (BBC1&2, ITV, Channels 4 & 5), CD/Hi-fi Outside there is a large covered terrace with patio furniture, a BBQ area, and swimming pool, the villa also has its own detached garage. Rubite is 10 minutes from beautiful Lake Vineula, 15 minutes from Velez-Malaga and 20 minutes from the gorgeous beach of Torre del Mar. The nearest airport is Malaga, which is 45 minutes away.
Our villa is a must for those seeking a luxurious holiday in a tranquil environment yet near to all facilities.
The property Consists of:
Accommodation: Self-Catering, a welcome pack will be supplied on arrival.

Housekeeping: Bed linen and towels provided (except beach towels)
Bedrooms: Two double, one single (bunk beds).
Bathrooms: One shower room with basin and WC, one en-suite with bath, basin, WC.
Living Room: Dining area, sofa and cosy chairs, wood burning fire and patio doors leading to pool area.
Kitchen: Oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, double sink, microwave, toaster, kettle, all utensils and cooking equipment.
Entertainment: English Sky TV, DVD, CD/Hi-fi.
Outside: Swimming pool 8m x 4m with roman steps shallow end 0.9m deep end 1.6m, BBQ, terrace with cane patio furniture, sunbeds and chairs.
Garage: Washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Car Hire: Car hire is a must; we can put you in touch with the company we use regularly.

Bookings are Saturday-Saturday. We will ask you for a 50% deposit to secure your reservation. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. At that time a returnable breakages deposit of £200 will be required.
