Sierra Blanca is an urbanised area located in the centre of
Marbella in the
Costa del Sol. It overlooks the famous Golden Mile, a long stretch filled with
luxurious and expensive properties and shops. Sierra Blanca got its name from
the mountain range which is the backdrop to the area of Marbella and lies 300
metres above sea level. There is an exclusive estate with exclusive properties
within the urbanisation, but affordable apartments are also available. It is
within a short walking distance of all the local amenities and attractions.

Sierra Blanca offers stunning views over the Mediterranean and on to the rock of
Gibraltar. The Sierra Blanca mountains, especially La Concha on which the resort
sits, are on hand for those keen on walking, hiking and mountain biking. There
are sports facilities ranging from golf, tennis, badminton and swimming
available at Sierra Blanca. A visit to the nearby Old Town part of Marbella will
delight history buffs, with its 16th century Town Hall and ruins of a Moorish
castle. Beaches are also within walking distance from Sierra Blanca and you can
hire a boat, windsurf or simply lie in the sun.

There are several shops in the district which cater for all the essentials that
residents and visitors need. You may find a small number of local shops which
sell items such as gifts and souvenirs to purchase for the loved ones back home.
Due to its proximity to the heart of Marbella, Sierra Blanca is an ideal base
from which to visit the shops, boutiques and markets found in the town. Here you

Sierra Blanca is home to several bars and restaurants serving the local
community and visitors. The staple Spanish foods such as Tapas, paella and
tortillas are readily available. You may find some of the restaurants have a few
international dishes on their menu to cater for the discerning palate. A myriad
of cafés, bars and restaurants are within walking distance of Sierra Blanca in
the central and Old Town areas of Marbella.
Nightlife in Sierra Blanca is very subdued and evenings are spent strolling the
clean and stylish streets and then sitting down with some fine wine and food.
For those looking for a lively night out, the discos, bars and nightclubs of
Marbella and
Puerto Banus are a short journey away. Puerto Banus also has a
casino if you are feeling particularly lucky.
