This annual guaranteed rental yield is fixed at 5% of the purchase price of your property.
Once you become the freehold owner of your property, you have the option to sign the Guaranteed Rental Contract with one of the most prestigious property management companies in Europe. You will not be able to use the property for the duration of your agreement, although signing with this management company will enable you to enjoy reduced rental rates.
In exchange for signing your property over, you are guaranteed a 5% return. Rental funds are transferred to the property owner on a monthly basis, and transferred in accordance with the owners instructions to any bank account in any country. This means that your property is being managed, maintained and with all the maintenance fees covered. Your rental income shall be index-linked to the Spanish CPI (Consumer Price Index), so with each passing year, you will actually see an increase in yield, making it easier for you to cover any potential mortgage arrangements.
