The houses are built with specialized materials that are perfectly
suitable for the local climate. These include: an enforced concrete
framework supported by external and internal red wall bricks; double
insulation containing penopolystyrol thermo-insulation and
hydro-insulation; and plasterboards that assist the smoothing out of
