Kutelo Ski Resort represents the hotel complex “Kutelo”,
located in the town of Bansko,. It is situated 200 m west from the
river Glazne or at a 12 minute distance walking from the primary
station of the cabin lift to the Todorka peak. The area of the parcel
on which the complex will be built is 1020 m2. The built up area is
408 m2. The rest of the area is to be planted.
The height of the hotel is - basement, ground floor, two floors
and a garret. The facade is in accordance with the traditional
architecture for the town.
There is a private power supply envisaged for the needs of the hotel
with 250 kW power. It will be situated in the basement of the
building.
The object is a composition of two separate buildings Block 1 and
Block 2, which are situated as independent sub-objects on the parcel
at a 6 m distance between them.
Details:
Sub-object 1 is a three-floor building with an entrance facing the
street. There is a ramp entrance around the western facade with 13%
slope towards an underground garage with 9 parking places. There is a
restaurant with 40 places on the ground floor, as well as lobby bar,
ski wardrobe, reception, fitness room, consulting room, Jacuzzi,
kidney-shaped swimming pool 50 m 3, solarium, sauna, steam cabin and
toilets.
There is a way from the ground floor to the internal yard, which is
planted. It has an external lighting and grill on one end. The first
and the second floor have the same floor-plans, and 10 studios, while
their area varies from 27 m2 to 36 m2. The third floor is divided into
5 apartments of 38 m2 to 55 m2.
The sub-object Block 2 is a two-floor building, which has 3
maisonettes, with areas 94 m2, 101 m2, 99 m2. The living rooms,
kitchens and the dining rooms are situated on the first floor, and
there are two bedrooms and a bathroom going with each of them.
The living rooms are furnished with a fireplace, and the kitchenette
includes a fridge, a sink, a built-in ceramic hot-plate, oven and
absorber; the bathroom has a hydro-massage bath. |
