The construction at Boriana Holiday Club has started at the middle of March
and shall be finished around 30th of December
2005. At the moment - the middle of July the team is working on the
third floor of the building. All apartments possess a beautiful
mountain view of Pirin or Rila Mountain. The complex is right to the
Lift Station.
The apartments in Boriana Holiday Club are 15 – varying from 40.55 sq. m -
91.10 sq. m. / placed five on each floor /first, second and
third/under roof floor.
The apartments are fully finished and furnished.
Indoor facilities:
• Traditional Bulgarian restaurant – placed on underground level
• Lobby bar, fitness, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, shop – placed on
ground floor
• Modern local central heating and 24hrs hot water supply

• Internet, cable TV and telephone wiring will be installed

Next year Boriana complex will be expanded. In new building
there will be rooms for guests and underground parking.
