Benalmadena – Al-Baytar Park

The first phase of the new Al-Baytar Park in Benalmadena will be ready in 2007. With a surface area of over 200,000 square metres when completed, it will the largest park in the Benalmadena area, as the La Paloma park only has 90.000 square metres. The Al-Baytar Park will cost 15 million euros to build. Mayor Enrique Bolín, said yesterday that work would start as soon as possible on the creation of the new green area for the municipality, located between the Maravillas School and the Arroyo de la Miel water treatment plant.
